Great for Attack Review by Gabe
I purchased this head after my STX Surgeon broke. I played attack at the time and this head is amazing for that position. It rips on shots, strings up super easy, and is really stiff with lots of offset giving you great shots from any corner of the box. I has like 20 sidewall holes which makes stringing a total breeze. I strung a mid-high pocket in mine and it works just great. The durability is fantastic, not a single crack anywhere, and no broken bottom string holes.
I played attack when I bought this head but now i play faceoff mid so there are some apparent problems wit the head in this aspect. It is very stiff which can make plungers and pinch and pops a bit tougher than they need to be. The pocket placement I have doesn't help either since the ball sometimes gets caught when clamping.

I would definitely recommend this head to any advanced attackman looking for a stiff and accurate head. (Posted on 2/6/2013)
Great for Attack Review by Gabe
I purchased this head when I played attack because my STX Surgeon had previously broken. When I received the head it was surprising light compared to the Surgeon and had many more stringing holes which allowed me to create a really good mid-high pocket. I never had any problems with the infamous clutch curse where the bottom string holes break out under stress. This may be attributed to how high the pocket was placed. The scoop is far better than of the Surgeon which makes ground balls a breeze. I use this head with a STX Katana SC shaft and it just rips when shooting overhand or sidearm.
It worked wonderfully for attack, very pinched and stiff. It shoots amazingly. However I now play midfield and it somewhat lacks the ability to take faceoffs. Since it is very stiff it can be hard to pull off a descent plunger move. The particular stringing job I have also hinders it's ability to faceoff because of the U shooters which sometimes make the ball stick too much when clamping.

I would recommend this this head to any intermediate-advanced offensive player looking for a highly pinched and stiff head. (Posted on 2/6/2013)
