Billing and Payment Options:
If you attempt to order via online credit card and you see a message that indicates your order was not successful, there are a few things you can check to try and resolve the problem.
There are a number of things that can prevent your Lax World order from being accepted by your payment account's issuing bank or organization. Most often problems can happen if you have made a mistake entering your billing information. Other problems can arise when there's an issue with your payment account. Please follow the below steps in order to ensure that the payment processes:
- 1) Double-check the billing address that you entered. The billing address should match exactly the information on file with the payment issuer. If in doubt, check the address on your most recent statement or contact the account's issuing bank or organization.
- 2) If using a credit or debit card, double-check the card number, expiration date and card security code.
- 3) If the above items fail to process. Contact the bank or organization that issued your payment account.

Coupons and Promotions:
In stock orders placed before 2pm EST will ship the same business day. Most order will ship via UPS ground shipping services, to calculate the shipping time for your order visit our Shipping Transit Times Map.
After you place an order and it has been processed for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation message will contain the expected delivery date, your shipping address, and your order number, along with any other relevant information. If you notice any incorrect information in your confirmation, contact our team immediately to address the issue. Information cannot be changed on orders that have already shipped.
If we become aware of any issues with your order during processing, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Representative.
If you or your team has set up a team store account with LAX World, you can log into your store at any time by clicking on the Team Store link located above the search-bar on the top right corner of any page at LAXWorld.com. You will be asked for the login information provided to you when you signed up.
Please note that team stores can only be accessed once the store is open. If your store has not yet been opened, or has been closed, you will be unable to log in to view or place orders.
Our Team Stores are special stores offered to lacrosse teams and clubs seeking branded apparel and equipment. It's a great way to quickly supply your team with custom gear without having to constantly respecify your branding preferences on each item. A team store is opened for a specific period of time—usually a few weeks—during which orders may be placed to the store by various team/club members via a multiple-user login system. Once the store closes, all of the items purchased through the Team Store are printed/embroidered with your team's logo and shipped out all at once.
