    The 2014 college lacrosse season is officially in the books and before we know it, coaches and programs will be gearing up for 2015 season. Before we look too much into the future, Let’s take a look back at some of the headlines and highlights from the 2014 lacrosse season? This memorable season had it all, triumphs, championships, achievements, and suspense, what more could you ask for! Here's a recap in a nutshell:

    Duke Wins DI National Championship... Again

    2014 Duke Lacrosse National ChampionshipDuke lacrosse could well be on its way to becoming a dynasty. For the second straight season, and 3rd since 2010, the Blue Devils claimed the Division I National Championship, beating Notre Dame 11-9 in what was an exciting and suspenseful game. Duke got off to a hot start leading 5-1 at halftime before Notre Dame mounted a strong comeback. The Fighting Irish scored 5 goals in the 4th, and cutting the score to 1. The Blue Devils couldn't rest easy until Jordan Wolf scored with 2:39 left in the game to truly seal the game. Sergio Perkovic led the Fighting Irish with 5 goals in the game, while Duke’s Jordan Wolf led the tournament with 13 goals. Continue Reading

  • NCAA Lacrosse Final Four: Which Team Will Reign Supreme?

    NCAA Final FourAnother week has passed, and more teams have fallen. The NCAA Lacrosse Championship season has resulted in valiant victories, and crushing defeats. Among the 16 teams that entered the Men’s and Women’s playoffs, only four remain in each tournament.
