Lax World Help: Returns and Exchanges

Returns

Lax World stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you are happy with your gear. If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it with a copy of the receipt for an exchange or for a merchandise refund. Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a full refund. All refunds will be processed in the same form of payment as it was purchased. Items returned after the 90 days you will be refunded in the form of a gift card for the lowest sale price that can be used for a future purchase. Please send returns via UPS or insured US mail.

Steps taken to return a product:

  • 1.  Place product in original packaging with all associated items.
  • 2.  Place product's receipt or invoice in packaging
  • 3.  Send return via UPS or insured US mail.
  • 4.  Allow for 14 days to process return for exchanges and credits.

Rules and Regulations:

  •   Lax World is not responsible for returned packages lost in shipment.
  •   Damaged merchandise that is under warranty can be returned to Lax World directly within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30 day time frame, items must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement.
  •   Custom helmets require a 20% restocking fee. Any helmet that is not stock colors such as all black, navy, and white are considered custom helmets.

Returns In-Store

For returns purchased in a Lax World Retail Store, the original receipt must accompany all in-store returns. For returns purchased on www.laxworld.com, you must present the original packing slip when returning your item(s) in a store. Items purchased using PayPal must be returned online to receive credit to a PayPal account. PayPal items can not be returned in-store.

Exceptions

Custom Helmets: Custom helmets require a 20% restocking fee. Any helmet that is not a stock color such as all black, navy, and white are considered custom helmets.

Mystery Items: Since part of the part of the fun is the surprise, there are no returns or exchanges on these items. All mystery item sales are final.

Team Stores: Team store apparel is created custom, with custom printed logos and team colors. Because of the unique nature of these products, sales of custom apparel within our team stores are final and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, unless your product arrives with a defect.
