Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return it with a copy of the receipt for an exchange or for a merchandise refund. Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase in their original condition and packaging in order to receive a full refund. All refunds will be processed in the same form of payment as it was purchased. Items returned after the 90 days you will be refunded in the form of a gift card for the lowest sale price that can be used for a future purchase. Please send returns via UPS or insured US mail.
To return or exchange items, please ship your return merchandise, along with a copy of your invoice, to the following address via UPS or insured US mail. Lax World is not responsible for returned packages lost in shipment. Please allow 14 days for exchanges and credits.
Damaged merchandise that is under warranty can be returned to Lax World directly within 30 days of the purchase date. After the 30-day time frame, items must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement.
Custom helmets require a 20% restocking fee. Any helmet that is not stock colors such as all black, navy, and white are considered custom helmets.
